A well-structured website ensures visitors reach the right information. The homepage design is priced at $1000, with additional pages priced $150, allowing tailored sections for different teams, services, and key club information.

With links to the rest of the site, an overall club calendar, quick contact information (including the ever-important Facebook feed), your homepage is the online club room for your website.

Each grade has their own area of the website to showcase their athletic abilities. Each page features a calendar of results and upcoming games, a gallery, and plenty of space and layout options for any information you’d like to include.

With different layout and navigation options available, your about page can feature the information the true fans are after. From club history and the management team, to contact/joining forms and website T’s & C’s, the About Page helps bring the showcase of the club together.

Digital Newsletters

Your new website comes with a new digital home for your club newsletters. By using the blog features of your new website, your newsletters can become an engaging and interactive annual showcase of the club’s achievements.

The simple interface, an included guide, and professional help make creating and editing newsletter blog posts a breeze.

If you and your newsletter readership prefer the PDF style (options for both are available), the default uploader included with any maintenance package has newsletter PDF options.

Offering multiple payment methods for customers, easy editability for when stock changes, and Xero integration, your new e-com store makes your job easier.

Club Calendar

Quick and easy, the calendar on your new website connects to the club’s Google account. Simply add the events to your Google Calendar and they’re shared throughout your website.

We’ll organise the set-up and a handy guide, allowing for a quick online showcase of the season for each grade, plus club events and any last minute changes to match times.

Making your website live

A strong and reliable foundation is essential for maintaining your club’s online presence. This section outlines the hosting and domain services that will ensure your website remains secure, fast, and accessible throughout the year. 

Wesbite Hosting

We provide hosting through Cloudways, ensuring fast, secure, and high-performance service for your club’s website.

The club’s server will cost $24 USD per month. At the current exchange rate, this comes to $40.30 NZD per month, or $483.60 NZD per year.

Due to fluctuating exchange rates, we round this amount to $500 NZD per year to ensure the club’s services remain uninterrupted without unexpected costs due to currency shifts.

Cloudways Funds Account:

To simplify payments and keep your website running smoothly, the $500 NZD from the annual invoice will be deposited into the club’s Cloudways funds account. This prepaid balance automatically covers the monthly hosting and email costs—no need for manual payments each month, no risk of service disruptions.

Email Accounts

Create a central club email account that connects to your website for only $1 USD a month (an extra $20 to your yearly invoice).

Domain Names

Your domain name is your club’s digital address—the gateway for players, supporters, and the wider community to connect online.

Using an Existing Domain

If the club already owns a domain and has access to the account, we can connect the new website to the existing domain, ensuring a smooth transition without any disruptions.

Registering A New Domain

We register domains through Only Domains, a trusted Aotearoa-New Zealand service.

Easterndistricts.nz is currently available for $40 NZD per year. However, you’re welcome to choose any domain name you’d like.

Maintaining your website

To ensure your website stays updated, secure, and fully functional, we offer two maintenance packages tailored to your club’s needs.

Basic Package - $350 per year

Providing essential website maintenance, ensuring smooth operation and regular updates. This includes:

  • Server & Website Function Maintenance – Upkeep of the hosting and website.
  • Content Updates – Including newsletter PDFs, calendar changes, e-commerce store products, and other small modifications.
  • Workday Email Support – Assistance for minor troubleshooting via email during workdays.

Premium Package - $500

The premium package offers everything included in the Basic Package, plus additional services focused on expanding your club’s online presence:

  • SEO Maintenance – Ongoing optimisation to improve search engine rankings and visibility, helping the club reach a wider audience.

  • Blog Post Creation – Professionally formatted blog posts for club news, match reports, or important updates. Simply provide the details, images, and a due date, and we’ll handle the rest.

  • Merchandise Management – Assistance with creating and listing dropshipped merchandise featuring club branding. Provide the necessary product details and imagery, and we’ll ensure items are uploaded and ready for sale.

  • Social Media Management – Regular updates to the club’s Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms, keeping members informed and engaged.

  • Graphic Design Assistance – Creating simple graphics for blog posts, events, or merchandise, ensuring a polished look across digital channels.

  • Membership & Registration Assistance – Helping manage online registrations, payments, and member inquiries via the website.

  • Event Promotion & Management – Assisting with online promotions for club events, including registration setup and digital marketing strategies.
